Faster than the A Train on a weekend, these fun, intimate group classes are high energy fun. 30 minutes of feel-good fitness to get you in and out and back to your busy schedule! Class size limited, registration required up 5 days before and 1 hour before. $5 cancellation within 45 minutes or no-show.
